For a decade, the Tildacare Foundation has worked to close the gap between extreme poverty and human dignity — through food, healthcare, education, and lasting community change.
The Tildacare Foundation was established in 2015 with a clear-eyed belief: that poverty is not a natural state but a solvable problem. We work across Nigeria, regardless of ethnic or religious background, because human need doesn't respect those lines.
Our work centres on children and disabled individuals — since they're often the furthest from help and the first to bear the cost of inequality. Food, clothing, shelter, education, and healthcare aren't luxuries. They're the baseline from which every life should begin.
Ten years on, we're still here. And still growing.

To ameliorate extreme poverty and the sense of hopelessness it begets, leveraging all available resources to provide basic human needs including food, clothing, and shelter; improve access to health and social care; and offer pathways to education and skill acquisition for lasting self-reliance.
To be the fulcrum of hope, empowerment, and social belonging for underprivileged Nigerians, creating a society where basic needs are met and every individual has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
Every contribution — whether as an individual donor, corporate sponsor, or volunteer — directly extends the reach of what we can do. No amount is too small, and no commitment too brief.
